Manage and update stream schedules, promote upcoming streams
Track and report on stream performance and sales figures
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and a charismatic on-camera presence
Experience in live streaming (Whatnot, Twitch, YouTube, etc.)
Ability to stay upbeat, engaging, and professional in a fast-paced environment
Sales experience is a plus but not required
Knowledge of the latest streaming tools and trends

We are looking for a versatile and proactive E-Commerce and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves wearing multiple hats, from marketing and content creation to customer service and local pickups.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Social Media: Plan, create, and execute engaging content across social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and website updates to promote our products and services.
Website Management: Maintain and update our e-commerce website, ensuring it is up to date with the latest product information, promotions, and user-friendly content.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support by handling inquiries via phone, email, and social media, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Local Pickups: Coordinate and manage local pickups, ensuring timely and organized handovers to customers.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, website traffic, and customer feedback to optimize engagement and sales.
Requirements:
Strong skills in social media management, content creation, and marketing strategy.
Experience with website management and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress, etc.).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local logistics for managing pickups is a plus.
